My spirulina matcha latte

A perfect day always starts with a Matcha latte, or why not Spirulina Latte?

This version is such a comfort food for me, Sitting for hours in front of my computer I use to freeze after a while, but this is soooooo good to enjoy when that chilly moment hits.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened flax milk

  • 1 tsp. organic matcha powder

  • 1 tsp. Spirulina powder

  • 2 tsp. coconut oil

  • 1 tsp organic raw honey (optional)

  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

Instructions

In a medium saucepan, whisk all the ingredients together and heat over high heat until it begins to steam but not boil, whisking frequently.

The more you whisk the more frost you'll get.

You can always add some maple syrup if you feel like something more sweet!
