Matcha ice cream

This is such an easy recipe, You should have it as your easy going pudding when not having anything at all in your fridge to serve.

My kids love it, and they call it “Hulk” ice cream.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cans organic full-fat coconut milk (look for brands without preservatives if you can not make it yourself)

  • 2 tbsp organic matcha green tea powder

  • 2 tbsp low-carb sweetener (monk fruit, erythritol, xylitol, stevia)

  • 1 tbsp baobab powder (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender.

  2. Blend until well combined.

  3. Pour the mixture into ice cream container (or any container you can freeze)

  4. Give it at least 30’ to freeze proper before serving.

  5. Garnish with some chopped mint.

  6. Enjoy!
