Healthy Granola
This is my basic recipe, but I suggest you get creative and add any other nut, or seed or even dry fruit you like!
ingredients:
2 big spoons GF oats
2 big spoons chia seeds
2 big spoons flax seeds
2 big spoons quinoa
2 big spoons sesame seeds
2 big spoons pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp. shredded coconut
1 tbsp. goji berries
6 bog dried apricots
coconut syrup
Steps:
1- Toss all together with a good spoon of coconut syrup.
2- Get an oven proof recipient and oil it with some coconut oil
3- Put the mixture in the oven proof recipient
4- Bake for 15’ until golden.
5- Let it cool down, and store in a glass jar.
6- Enjoy it!!!! from salads to yogurts, smoothies or snack alone!!!
Tip: you can add almonds, pecans, cashew, or any other yummy seed you have around!
