Group sessions provide a forum for participants to learn from me as well as from the personal journey of others. 

We agree on a main session topic, such as: losing weight, allergies, hormonal imbalances (e.g. menopause, fertility, thyroid, etc) , autoimmune disease, gut disfunction, cravings or other. We develop a private space for people to interact, share and support each other. Knowing that there are others on a similar journey will help you develop the confidence and motivation to overcome whatever your challenges. 

You will develop deep connections, and make new friends, where you can support each other and reach your goals faster. 

Each session is around 1:20’, enough time for participants to relax, enjoy, share, learn and take back home action plans to put into practice.

Each group has no more than 8 participants, depending on the goal of the group, we may choose weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly sessions.
