This no bake cup its so easy to make, and you can always play easily with the ingredients!

For the oat layer

  • 1 cup GF oats

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey

For the middle layer

  • 1 tbsp of nut butter (I use almond) for each cup.

For the chocolate filling

100g dark chocolate
1/4 cup tahini
1 tbsp maple syrup

Method

  1. Mix the oats, and salt in a bowl, then pour in the coconut oil and maple syrup.

  2. Press 1/2 the mixture into 6 muffin moulds lined with a small piece of parchment paper to make it easier to remove the cups once set.

  3. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes while you prepare the chocolate filling.

  4. Break up the chocolate into a heatproof dish and add in the tahini and maple syrup. You can either melt it over a pan of boiling water or in the microwave.

  5. Before pouring the choco mix, add 1 tbsp of nut butter to the oat base.

  6. Pour the choco mixture over the nut base,

  7. Return to the freezer for 30-60 minutes or until set.

    Enjoy!
